Are the silicone covers sold separately?
While we currently don't sell the silicone covers separately, we plan to offer them in the future for replacement and customization purposes. Stay tuned for updates on their availability!
Are the straws large enough to sip thick substances through?
Based on real person testing, we can confidently say that our straws are well-equipped to handle thicker substances! Whether it's a thick smoothie, a milkshake, or any other beverage, our straws have been designed and tested to provide a smooth and hassle-free sipping experience.
How do I clean the straw?
Our straws come with a convenient cleaning brush in each package. You can choose to clean the straw using the brush or simply place it in the dishwasher, depending on the type of beverage you drink with the straw. For beverages like coffee or smoothies, we suggest cleaning the straw after each use to prevent any lingering odors in the silicone parts.
Will the straw fit into the straw hole for an oversized built tumbler?
Our reusable straws are designed to fit into straw holes of various sizes, including those larger than 0.3". They are versatile and can be used with oversized built tumblers by combining multiple straws.
Can I chew on this?
Our straws are designed with silicone covers on the end to provide added protection for your teeth. The silicone covers act as a cushion, preventing any potential discomfort or injury to your teeth when sipping on beverages. You can also chew on the straw without a cover if desired :)
Please note: It is advised to keep the straw out of reach of children under the age of 6 as the parts may come apart if played with.
